1. What Prime Shop is
Prime Shop is a classifieds platform that helps buyers and sellers find each other and communicate. Prime Shop is not a party to any sale, rental, or transaction arranged between users. We do not process payments, handle shipping or fulfillment, hold funds in escrow, or guarantee the condition, legality, or existence of any item listed. Any agreement to buy, sell, or exchange goods or services is solely between the users involved.
2. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, the legality of items you post, and conducting your own due diligence before completing any transaction with another user. Do not post prohibited, stolen, counterfeit, or otherwise illegal items.
3. Account suspension
We may suspend or remove accounts and listings that violate these terms, are reported by other users, or are flagged by our moderation process, at our discretion.
4. No warranty
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between users.
